Why do our bodies need water?
Our body is made up of approximately 60% water. These fluids provide tasks such as digestion, absorption, circulation, saliva production, nutrient distribution, and body temperature control. Keep a bottle of water in your car, desk, or in your bag. Every snack and meal needs to include a cup of water.
Women need 9 cups per day
Children need 5-10 cups depending on the age
Pregnant / breastfeeding mothers need 10-13 cups per day
